Under the Wyoming Weed and Pest Control Act (W.S. 11-5-101 et seq.), the Board of Agriculture and the Wyoming Weed & Pest Council designate noxious weeds statewide, and each county weed and pest control district must carry out a control program for them; districts may also declare county weeds. This is a control law; we did not find a state ban on selling these plants. List as published by the Wyoming Weed & Pest Council (linked from the Department of Agriculture).
